Its mild, subtle flavour and delicate aroma make it ideal for a range of savoury dishes, whether used raw in salad dressings or cooked. Originating from France, this variety is a recipient of the RHS Award of Garden Merit, prized for being virus-free and reliably productive, with bulbs containing 10-12 succulent cloves.
