Receipe: Boil the rice and keep aside. Take a bowl and add ‘Cookme Biriyani Mix’ with water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste in it and stir for a while. Add Mutton/Chicken in it and cook for 10 minutes. Now add the paste made with ‘Cookme Biriyani Mix’ and stir. Add water and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes. Take a handi and put the Mutton/Chicken and rice in layers. Add meetha ator and rose water according to taste. (You may add saffron in it). Sprinkle some ‘Cookme Biriyani Mix’ over the rice. Put some ghee on the top layer of the rice and cover the handi. Keep it on a low flame for few minutes. Serve hot.
