Pork Stirfry 600g

You are the best butchers ever and I have been with you many many years. This is my personal opinion and does not in anyway reflect on the high quality of all your products. We love stir fry’s and bought this Saturday as a quick alternative from cooking from scratch. It looked AMAZING and smelt AMAZING. It cooked perfectly but I noticed very quickly how oily it was. Advised everyone not to put too much sauce on so as not to spoil the stir fry itself. It was also way too salty. The pork by the way was fabulous as always. There was so much oil left in the bottom of my wok though it really put me off.
