Rib Lamb Chops come from the rack (rib cage) and are sometimes referred to as “lollypop” chops. Arguably the most flavorful style of lamb chops, we sell ours in quantities of four at a thickness of 1 1/2 to 2inches apiece. Two chops will comfortably feed one person.
