Storage: They store well for about 2–4 months if kept cold. Site Selection: Prefers a sheltered, sunny spot with fertile, well-drained soil. Pruning: Best pruned in the dormant winter season (November to March) to maintain an open canopy and remove diseased wood. Uses Eating: Excellent fresh dessert apple. Cooking: Holds its shape well in pies and tarts. Juicing: High juice content makes it ideal for cider and fresh juice.  Large Rootball 4-5ft
