Our pitmaster takes a USDA Prime Brisket, rubs it with our Go Big or Go BBQ Beef Rub , a rub created just for beef with a salt and pepper forward note. Next he slowly smokes it over hickory to perfection. Brisket price is based on $30/lb and is sliced. Heating instructions included. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. We can ship as well!
